How should I take Melanotan 2? (or PT-141, or Melanotan 1)

How do you verify the purity of your products?
Each of our individual product pages displays high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS) reports verifying the purity of our melanotan peptides. Further, we will email individualized HPLC and MS data with any order upon request. Our peptides all have purity levels exceeding 99%.
Are your products sold in powder form?
Yes. All of our peptides are sold in sterile vial containers as lyophilized, or freeze- dried, powder. This is the best way to provide melanotan peptides as it ensures that maximum potency is maintained from initial synthesis to final use.
Once any peptide is reconstituted, or mixed with water, its shelf life shortens considerably. Therefore, reconstitution of our products is left for the customer to perform under physician guidance. Read more about mixing our products.
How should I store Melanotan Labs™ peptides?
Prior to reconstitution (mixing with water), store all vials frozen and away from light. This method of storage can maintain the peptide’s potency for up to 1 year. After reconstitution, store any leftover peptide solution in the refrigerator (not frozen). Stored this way, peptides mixed in solution can retain potency for up to 14 days. Are your vials labeled?
Absolutely. All of our products are labeled professionally. Labels include important information such as purity, expiration date, and lot number.
Is domestic delivery to the USA available?
Yes. All USA orders are mailed domestically. Products ordered are packaged professionally and discretely.
What is your policy regarding international orders and customs?
The customer must be responsible for knowing the laws of their country regarding the importation of our products. In the rare event that your order is denied entry into your country (seized), please request that it is mailed back to us. If you would like to have your order reshipped, you will be assessed the additional shipping charges.

Melanotan peptides will remain stable and potent in powder form for greater than 60 days at or slightly above room temperature, so cold packaging is not necessary when shipping your order.

After I place my order, when will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Immediately following shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

I placed an order, but haven’t received a confirmation email. What’s wrong?
Our order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are sent out automatically and immediately. If you have not received one, it may have been caught by your spam filter. When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped via USPS Priority mail arrive within 2-3 business days in the domestic U.S. Orders shipped domestically via USPS Express arrive in 1-2 business days. International shipping times are somewhat more variable: USPS Standard (6-10 business days), USPS Express (3-5 business days).
