What do I need to get started with MT2?
To get started, you will need:

- Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution

MT2 is supplied as a powder and must be reconstituted (mixed with liquid) before use.
How often should I use it and how long to see changes?
Usage typically starts at around 250 mcg daily, with some users increasing to 500 mcg depending on tolerance. This initial “loading phase” is usually done daily until the desired level of pigmentation is reached.
After that, many switch to a maintenance phase of 2 to 3 times per week.
